We all have an image and/or weight stuck in our heads of
where we want to be…right!?!? Have you ever thought about why this is your
number or why you want to look like so and so? Do you feel like the more you
work at it the more and more that image seems out of reach? Maybe your ideal
weight is good for one but not good for you…maybe?!?! We should all committee
to today and how we feel, not what number we aren’t, or how we don’t look like
another human being. Why not just take it day by day little by little, one hurdle
at a time. Today can be a good day and tomorrow can be a GREAT day and by the
end of the week you have made it through week one and feel AWESOME. After a 1 month, 6 month or even a year of
doing this you will look in the mirror and be amazed with the results, it may not
be what your head had in mind but your heart will swell with happiness when the
results are ideal for YOU. Don’t compare your weight and body to others, that
is setting yourself up for failure. No other human looks like you so why would
we try to get ourselves to look think them?!?!
