Now that the kiddies are back in school most of us have little time to think about Nutrition.
However this does not have to be the case...
Grab a Gotein!!! Don't skip the most important meal of the day, grab a gotein and a apple on your way out the door. Many on the go meals/snacks lack in protein but are high in carohydrates and fat. Thus leaving us tired and unsatified. Keep Gotein with you and add it to your water bottle when your short on time. Use it as a low calorie snack or just to get by until you get home to eat dinner, lunch, etc.
