Change it up...
Change up your workout by adding in Interval training. Adding this to your workout will allow you to burn more calories with out adding time to your workout (major plus).
A great example is when walking add a 20 second sprint in every few minutes to increase your heart rate thus burning more calories. Also by doing interval training you can increase your aerobic capacity. Interval training can also make your workout interesting and fun. Plus interval train can be performed at home without addition equipment.
