Where is my motivation?!?

Many of us lose our motivation at times. For me I have been at the same weight for 3 years with the goal to loss another 20lbs. However I have maintained I can not find the motivation to get that extra 20lbs off. So lets help each other get/stay motivated.

Here are some ideas to help stay motivated:
1.) Reward yourself with non-food rewards. (cloths, books cosmetics, etc)
2.) The buddy plan. Sharing the same weight loss goals with a friend or family member can help keep you motivated. For me this means a little friendly competition.
3.) Steer clear of Diet crashers. These are people that do not support your healthy life style.
4.) Consider the health risks that come along with obesity. Although 65% of people surveyed said they want to lose weight for self image. The health risks that come along with obesity are a great reason to stay motivated as well.
5.) Setting Goals is also very important. Everyone has a desired size or weight they wish to be. Use this as motivation. Set a reasonable time frame on when you wish to be at this weight/size.
6.) Also think how great you will feel once you have achieved the end result.
