Gotein is a division of Pharmatrition, a company owned and operated by Brian Salerno. Brian is a veteran of the nutrition industry with over 20 years experience in the sourcing, qualifying, importing and sales of premium nutritional ingredients to such companies as GNC, Nature Made Vitamins, Weider, Herbalife, and Nature's Bounty, just to name a few. It is with his experience and dedication that we are able to create exceptional, high quality and innovative products that cater to our customer's needs.
The Gotein Story:
Having been involved in sports himself from elementary school to college and now coaching his kids in their numerous activities, Brian has been active all of his life. Being an active person meant knowing the importance of proper nutrition and working hard to get the right amount of nutrients each day. Brian became a steady follower of the protein shakes and religiously pulled out the blender, the milk, shaker cups, all of the necessities for making his shakes, two or three time a day. After years of being chained to all of this excess equipment, He thought that it would be great to have a product that contained the protein he needed while being easy and convenient. He set to work with highly experienced formulators to create a high protein, low carbohydrate/low calorie formula that would meet all of his expectations. He knew that it would have to taste good (because let's face it most of the shakes on the market do not taste that great). With that came a need for an inviting mouth feel and appealing texture. It would need to be convenient and easily accessible regardless of where you were at. And it would need to contain the essential vitamins and minerals that all of the other protein formulas he used lacked.
From this vision, Gotein was born! It was developed in three delicious flavors; Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry. It contains 24 essential vitamins and minerals as well as the amino acids from the Whey Protein and Milk Protein used in the formula. It dissolves completely in water without the chunky residue and goes down smooth without the chalky aftertaste. And most importantly, it comes in a convenient stick pack with a simple tear slot. A person just needs to tear and pour into a standard 16.9 fl. oz water bottle, swirl, shake and go!
